The Cluster Specification form helps designers plan the organization of a complex electronic course or document. Use it to arrange the activities in an online lesson or the topics in a chapter of an electronic book. You can also use it to plan out the overall organization. The example shows the structure commonly used in WBT and CBT for teaching simple concepts and skills. Each rectangle represents a separate topic in the cluster or lesson. Versions of the form:
